SHIPPING POLICY

Luneil currently ships islandwide in Singapore, excluding restricted areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin) as well as internationally to a selected list of countries across Asia the U.S. and Europe. Please refer to the checkout page if your country is included to receive shipments. If your country is not included please contact us through the contact form or at silk@luneil.com and we will see what we can arrange for you.

Timelines & Fees
Singapore: FREE Delivery (2-3 days) for all orders above SGD 20.00 (below SGD 5.00 applies), FREE Next Day Delivery for orders over SGD 100.00.

EXPRESS Same Day Delivery option available on checkout for all orders placed before 3pm for SGD 10.00 (minimum order value SGD 50.00 applies).

International orders: 7 - 12 days depending on location.
Asia regional shipping to Malaysia, Thailand, HK, South Korea, Philippines and Indonesia is on us for any order above SGD 80.00. Below that we charge SGD 10.00.

Across broader APAC countries such as Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Macau, Brunei we ship for free above SGD 100.00 order value. Below that SGD 10.00 applies.

Beyond APAC we charge between SGD 20.00 and 30.00 for orders below SGD 200.00 and 100.000 respectively. Free delivery globally to supported destinations above SGD 200.00.

Local Pickup 
We are not a physical store, so we work on an appointment basis only and accept pickups from Monday through Friday 10am to 8pm. Please email us with your preferred time/date.

Duration
Your orders will be processed and dispatched the next day (inclusive of weekends) and are usually received the same day. However, there maybe some slight delay in delivery of orders during peak / festive season and due to unforeseen delays with our providers.

Delivery Service Providers
We use trusted and established Service Providers to deliver your order depending on product, size, weight and location.

Order Tracking
All our customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email once the orders are dispatched out. Tracking number will be provided inside the email if available.

Custom/Tariffs/Duties/Taxes
Our shipping rates do include shipment to your destination but do not include potential custom duties, tariffs, taxes your home government is levying on your goods. These have to be born by customers themselves.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
We put in effort in checking all items before shipping and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders. However unforeseen incidents do happen at times.

If the item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within three (3) days upon delivery.

We will contact you and request photos to confirm that the item(s) are damaged, faulty or wrong item(s). Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement of item to be sent if same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affected item(s) if the product is sold out.
